Shipping Policy

1. Shipments cannot be delivered to PO boxes or postal codes. Shipments are delivered to the consignee’s address given by Customer.
2. Shipments to addresses with a central receiving area will be delivered to that area. If the Shipment is deemed to be unacceptable, or it has been undervalued for customs purposes, or consignee cannot be reasonably identi"ed or located, or consignee refuses delivery or to pay for delivery, the ordering customer will be charged for the delivering and returning cost and any service charges and related administrative costs and the balance of the purchase of a sale to be returned to Customer. The customer shall be liable for all costs and expenses related to the shipment of the package, and for costs incurred in returning the shippment.
3. Payment on Delivery shipments is only available in GCC (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates).
4. Kakzon.com will only be responsible for shipping packages that have the same name as the Customer stated on the order Form. For any shipment placed which does not match the corresponding name on the order form, the ordering customer will be charged for the extra charges involve in returning or changing the shipping address.
