1.You can return your items for up to 14 days after the delivery date.
2. Once the return request is received and accepted, we will send you acceptance email followed by parcel pick up email. (Note: Return can be initiated from My account page).
3.To avoid any inconvenience of dropping of the return to courier company, we will also send a courier person to your pickup address for return pickup. Just keep your return items and return shipping label ready.
4. Return shipping labels are free for Bahrain, and chargeable on other countries based on courier charges return policy.
5. If you are returning a product, we will refund you the price of the original order excluding the return shipping label fee and administrative cost within 7-14 business days after we receive the product in a proper condition at our warehouse.
6. We reserve the right to refuse any refund item request that does not comply with our return policy.

8. We cannot accept returns on masks, underwear, or socks for hygiene reasons.
